Join your ACC colleagues and Jennifer Cory, partner, Womble Bond Dickinson, and Kate Christensen Mills, partner at Monument Advocacy, for a discussion of ways to reduce risks related to US Immigration laws on Thursday, December 5, 2019. The U. S. Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Department of Labor and Social Security Administration hold you liable for immigration-related worksite compliance. Our panelists will examine actions of significance these agencies have taken over the course of the past year and explore practical tips that you can implement to reduce risk exposure going forward.

This program will be presented as a webinar and as a live event followed by a social hour at the offices of Womble Bond Dickinson, 100 Light Street, 26th Floor.

The webinar will be in conjunction with ACC National.

The schedule will be as follows:

4:00-4:30 - Member Registration/Networking

4:30-5:30 – Webcast (includes Q&A)

5:30-6:30 - Social

Womble will provide vouchers for free parking in the garage at 30 Light Street.
